在美國超市買到香茅醬,所以做這道菜更省事了,也可以買新鮮香茅切碎來煮,一樣有好滋味。喜歡酸一點的話,可以多加一點檸檬進去,蝦子不要煮太久,要隨時注意蝦子熟成的狀況喔!

焗烤花椰菜 casserole broccoli
非常喜歡花椰菜,我的做法就是燙一燙,淋上日式芝麻醬,簡單好滋味。花椰菜對女生健康非常好,各位好朋友可以多多食用喔~
做成焗烤風味應該可以增加小朋友食用花椰菜的意願,做法跟焗烤白菜很像,跟大家分享。
ingredients:
*broccoli
*unsalted butter
*cream: 50 ml
*all purpose flour: 2 teaspoons
instruction:
1.put some salt into water, boil broccoli until it is softened
2.prepare the cream sauce: melt butter in the pan, add 50 ml cream and 2 teaspoons of all purpose flour, mix them well
3.pour the cream sauce into baking tray, mix them with softened broccoli.
4.put pizza cheese on the top, casserole it with 350 degree for 15 minutes.
