很多媽媽都有厲害的炸春捲作法,酥酥脆脆的春捲也是我的最愛之一。做法實在太簡單了,簡述如下:)
1.準備好春捲皮、紅蘿蔔絲、竹筍絲、白胡椒以及鹽
2.紅蘿蔔絲與竹筍絲先用鍋子炒香炒軟後,加入適量白胡椒以及鹽,調整味道
3.用春捲皮包起來,封口處用水黏合
4.用油溫170度炸至金黃色,就可以了/也可以用煎的,任君挑選
5.醬料:泰式甜辣醬、幾滴魚露、檸檬汁
*我是在華人超市買冷凍的春捲皮,要烹調前一個小時拿到室溫下解凍
ingredients:
1.Carrot and Bamboo shoot , peeled and grated
2.White pepper and salt
3.lime juice,sweet red chili sauce and fish sauce
4.spring-roll wrapper
instructions:
1.fried grated carrot and bamboo shoot until it is softened. Add some white pepper and salt
2.unfrozen spring-roll wrapper one hour ahead before using
3. wrap softened grated carrot and bamboo shoot
4. deep fried spring rolls until they turn light brown in color.
5. sauce: mix lime juice, sweet red chili sauce and several drops of fish sauce together





怎麼處理烤雞不太好吃的雞胸肉呢?
自己做優格奶昔好簡單!需要的材料有250ml牛奶、125ml優格(我是買希臘優格)、草莓、小紅莓、西瓜、少許檸檬汁,用果汁機或者食物調理機充分打碎即可。若喜歡吃甜一點,可以加一茶匙蜂蜜,若想要再rich一點,可以加一球香草冰淇淋。
