簡單紙包蔬菜 vegetable in parchment

DSC08856其實紙包作法一看也就知道沒甚麼(羞愧,沒甚麼還寫了三篇了),但是因為紙包做法可以保持食物原味,而且上桌開動後再把紙打開,菜還溫熱的,不會因為要準備其他料理而使蔬菜涼了,個人小經驗很適合做為三菜一湯的標準配備之一。

本道菜味道偏清淡,大家可以放入喜歡耐煮的蔬菜根莖類,例如蘆筍、紅椒、豆類、玉米、紅蘿蔔等。我試了另外一種包法,同時附上上一次的包法,供大家參考~

鹹度可以自行調整,下次我會試試看加一點點味增一起包,看看味道怎麼樣:)步驟圖

Procedure:

1.preheat oven to 400 ° F, prepare parchment paper, about size A4 paper
2. toss shiitake mushrooms, pumpkin, green bean in the parchment, put half teaspoon salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon olive oil on top
3. fold the parchment paper, and bake them 20 mins.
4. be careful about the heat, and serve immediately.

檸檬蜂蜜烤雞 Cornish Hen with lemon and honey

DSC00005小夫妻朋友家的檸檬樹結實累累,好像一年四季都有檸檬可採收,我搭順風車,時常從她那兒拿一大袋,泡檸檬水、醃魚或者擺盤,檸檬是冰箱裡一定要有的常備軍。檸檬和蜂蜜和烤雞香味的搭配,實在太棒了,雖然耗費時間,但是得到的滿足感無價。我用的烤雞是corinsh hens,比一般我們在菜市場看得還要小,所以烤了一個小時就熟了,如果是大一些的烤雞,烤的時間要拉長。

 

procedures:
1.preheat oven to 400 degree
2.lemon sauce: mix lemon juice (2 teaspoons) and honey (two teaspoons) together
3. rug butter all over hen, and season with sale and pepper
3. roast hens for 1 hour until skin turns golden brown. When you roast hen, rug lemon sauce all over hen at least twice.

一鍋到底奶油鮭魚義大利麵 one pot creamy salmon pasta

今天洛杉磯是好天氣,一個人忙完家務之後,我又做了一次這個義大利麵,鮭魚的香味和奶油口味的義大利麵非常搭配,不過雖然說是一鍋到底,我先煎過了鮭魚才放進去一起煮,也可以先蒸過或者微波過再捏碎,建議弄熟鮭魚後再丟進去一起煮義大利麵:)

1. Add in granted onion, shiitake mushrooms, cooked salmon, green bean, pasta for two people, 480 c.c of vegetable broth, one teaspoon butter, and 50 c.c. whipping cream in to the brasier pan.
2. Put the pot lid on, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then remove the lid and give the dish a good stir, and check if the pasta has softened. Once the pasta has softened, continue reducing the sauce with the lid off. Mix in parmesan cheese and add half a teaspoon of salt to taste. The pasta is ready to be served.

健康早午餐提案-酪梨貝果Guacamole bagels

DSC08912周末和親愛的家人朋友吃早午餐,對於一周辛苦的工作勞動是一個非常具有療癒效果的活動,但是,你吃膩了歐姆蛋、班尼迪克蛋或者鬆餅等常見的早午餐了嗎?

這個星期開始我的健康早午餐提案,今天跟大家推薦酪梨貝果,貝果可以買現成的,一次買一大袋回家先剖對半放冷凍庫,要吃的時候再拿出來烤一下,抹上新鮮熟透的酪梨做成的酪梨醬,炒一點蘑菇鋪上去,健康又好吃,有"牛油果"之稱的酪梨,口感滑順,一口接一口,要小心不要吃太多,酪梨醬熱量很高喔~

I am going to start sharing my healthy brunch idea from this week. Today, I would like to recommend guacamole bagels to you. You can purchase ready-made bagels, slice them into halves and freeze them. When ready to eat, toast the bagels to your liking, then spread the guacamole made with fresh ripe avocado over the bagels, top with pan-fried mushrooms. There you go, a healthy and delicious dish. Also known as “butter fruit”, avocado has smooth texture, you just can’t get enough of it. But watch your portion size because guacamole is a calorie-dense food~

Guacamole:
1. mix avocado, granted onion, granted garlic, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon salt and black pepper well. it is ready to serve.
