紹興蜜汁烤雞翅

DSC00341小旅行前,冰箱裡的食材得先清空,才發現只剩下一盒雞翅、高麗菜絲半包以及幾顆小番茄。想了想,簡單烤個雞翅,晚餐也能吃得很簡單日式。

網路上都建議雞翅可以前一晚先醃過,讓雞翅吃起來更入味,但我這次並沒有事先醃過雞翅,作法上就是用鹽還有黑胡椒抓一抓,雞皮表面抹上調好的醬料(蜂蜜、紹興酒、味霖、醬油各三茶匙所調製成的醬料),用烤箱攝氏200度烤50分鐘,再用上火烤出金黃色,就完成了。

讓雞翅烤起來更漂亮好吃的小撇步就是,大約烤40分鐘時,將雞翅取出,塗上一層薄薄的蜂蜜,繼續烤,吮指回味,即使是面對期末考焦頭爛額的先生也不得不豎起大拇指喔~

*紹興酒有自己獨特的香味,但也可以用米酒替代。

簡易焗烤白菜

11035312_1546593355610460_33702506481230481_n與蝦米、香菇一起炒軟的白菜,和白醬味道混合後真的很迷人,我一個下午吃了兩盤。白醬的運用也可以用來做義大利麵、焗烤海鮮等料理,雖然很肥,但是濃郁的奶香味讓人感覺很幸福。

 

 

Ingredients:
• Chinese cabbage: we need 1/4
• Sliced Mushroom
• dried sea shrimp 1 tea spoon
• whipped cream 45 ml
• all purpose flour 20ml
• water 45 ml
• unsalted butter 1 tea spoon
• salt/black pepper/ white pepper
Procedure:
• cut Chinese cabbage into small pieces
• pan fry Chinese Cabbage, mushroom, and dried sea shrimp. Put some water into the pan, cook until cabbage is softened. Add some salt,black pepper and white pepper
• Prepare the cream sauce: melt butter in the pan and add all purpose flour, water 45ml, whipped cream, blend them evenly. You could add more if you want.
• Put the softened cabbage at the bottom of your baking tray, pour the cream sauce. At the top, add some pizza cheese.
• Preheat oven to 350 degree. Broil it for 20 mins. After 20 mins, boil it for 30 seconds.

焗烤花椰菜 casserole broccoli

DSC05516非常喜歡花椰菜,我的做法就是燙一燙,淋上日式芝麻醬,簡單好滋味。花椰菜對女生健康非常好,各位好朋友可以多多食用喔~

做成焗烤風味應該可以增加小朋友食用花椰菜的意願,做法跟焗烤白菜很像,跟大家分享。

 

ingredients:
*broccoli
*unsalted butter
*cream: 50 ml
*all purpose flour: 2 teaspoons

instruction:
1.put some salt into water, boil broccoli until it is softened
2.prepare the cream sauce: melt butter in the pan, add 50 ml cream and 2 teaspoons of all purpose flour, mix them well
3.pour the cream sauce into baking tray, mix them with softened broccoli.

日式烤鯖魚

DSC07528烤鯖魚是蠟燭兩頭燒、周間需要準備晚餐的煮婦(夫)的好朋友,只要米酒在魚上抹一抹,再抹一點點鹽(魚本身已經有鹹味了),就可以送進烤箱烤,烤鯖魚的同時就可以準備其他菜餚,真的很方便。

鯖魚本身也富含油脂,烤起來香香鹹鹹,很下飯,我自己一條魚可以配兩碗飯!所以煮這道菜的時候可以多煮一點飯:) 日式烤鯖魚

番茄培根捲

DSC07882這是從深夜食堂得到的靈感,手邊沒有豬五花肉片,所以用香噴噴的培根代替,進烤箱後,培根烤的香香的,裏頭的小番茄軟爛多汁,正好中和培根的油膩感,烤完後上面可以灑一點芝麻或者起司粉,再擠一點檸檬汁,一樣,本道菜和啤酒真的超級麻吉的! 番茄培根捲
