其實一個人要煮飯真的蠻麻煩的,這是我一個人午餐/晚餐的簡單分享。鑄鐵鍋煎過雞腿後送進烤箱烤,加上水煮花椰菜(淋上芝麻沙拉醬),配上一碗飯,鑄鐵鍋直接上桌,西式的上菜方法,簡單好吃又不用多洗ㄧ個盤子~
如果家裡有白酒,雞腿煎好送進烤箱前可以酌量加50cc進去鍋裡,待酒精蒸發後,送進烤箱,會讓雞腿更香!另外,如果鍋裡還有空間,可以加一些馬鈴薯以及小番茄進去一起烤,雞腿流出來的雞油讓這兩個佐菜更香:)
Directions:
- Marinate chicken drumsticks with salt and white pepper, set aside for 15 minutes (in the fridge).
- Pan fry both sides of the drumsticks in a cast iron pan until golden brown, then coat the skins with thin layer of honey.
- Toss some garlic slices into the pan, put the pan into the oven and bake at 220°c for half an hour. The dish is ready to be serve.
