紅綠炒肉絲 Stir-fry Pork Strips with Red and Green Peppers

DSC09330其實就是青椒炒肉絲的作法,但是加入紅椒讓視覺效果更好。青椒紅椒切絲的時候盡可能讓每一根大小差不多,炒的時間更好掌控,視覺上也會更可口。

豬肉絲的醃製可以在前一天晚上完成,冰進冷藏庫,隔天下班後就可以輕鬆上桌,青椒紅椒絲也可以前一天先切好放入保鮮盒或者保鮮密封袋,減少晚餐備料的時間。由於醃豬肉絲已經加了鹽麴以及醬油調味,因此炒的時候我沒有再加鹽,保持蔬菜清甜的原味,大家可以吃吃看斟酌一下:)

Procedures:
1. Cut pork tenderloin into strips, toss with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice wine, 2 teaspoon Shio Koji, ½ teaspoon sugar and small amount of black pepper powder. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cut green and red peppers into thin slices. Heat a pan, sauté minced garlics, then stir in marinated pork strips. When the pork strips are done, add in green and red pepper slices, and stir fry until the vegetables are cooked. The dish is now ready smile 表情符號
