偷懶煮飯術-冷凍肉丸變身義大利番茄肉丸麵

牛肉丸義大利麵星期五,先生學校沒有課,我兩在家裡窩了一天。打開冰箱,空空如也,只剩下小番茄10顆、雞湯半罐、一包超市買的冷凍牛肉丸,想了想,加上儲藏櫃裡的一包螺旋麵,解決了今天的午餐。

超市裡的牛肉丸,味道比較重,做成義大利麵裡的配料,鹽就不用再加了,以免過鹹。如果不想要吃加工食品,之前有跟大家分享過牛肉丸的作法,附在照片中給大家參考,祝大家周末愉快:)

Friday, stay home with my husband all day. Lunch time, I opened the refrigerator and found only a box of asparagus, 5 pieces of small tomato and a bag of frozen meat ball. Put them altogether with the fusilli, and here comes our lunch.

As the frozen meat is already heavily flavored, you do not need to add any more salt. If you wish to make meat ball yourself, I have shared my recipe previously as in the attached pictures. Happy memorial long weekend!!!

how to make meatball?
1.grated onion, parsley; mix with half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon black pepper , one teaspoon Parmesan cheese, one teaspoon bread crumbs, one egg and half pound of ground beef.
2. shape meat into desired size.
3. heat a pan, brown the meatballs on all sides.
