小夫妻朋友家的檸檬樹結實累累,好像一年四季都有檸檬可採收,我搭順風車,時常從她那兒拿一大袋,泡檸檬水、醃魚或者擺盤,檸檬是冰箱裡一定要有的常備軍。檸檬和蜂蜜和烤雞香味的搭配,實在太棒了,雖然耗費時間,但是得到的滿足感無價。我用的烤雞是corinsh hens,比一般我們在菜市場看得還要小,所以烤了一個小時就熟了,如果是大一些的烤雞,烤的時間要拉長。
procedures:
1.preheat oven to 400 degree
2.lemon sauce: mix lemon juice (2 teaspoons) and honey (two teaspoons) together
3. rug butter all over hen, and season with sale and pepper
3. roast hens for 1 hour until skin turns golden brown. When you roast hen, rug lemon sauce all over hen at least twice.
