一個人也要吃的開心-蒜片蜜香烤雞腿Baked Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

DSC01440其實一個人要煮飯真的蠻麻煩的,這是我一個人午餐/晚餐的簡單分享。鑄鐵鍋煎過雞腿後送進烤箱烤,加上水煮花椰菜(淋上芝麻沙拉醬),配上一碗飯,鑄鐵鍋直接上桌,西式的上菜方法,簡單好吃又不用多洗ㄧ個盤子~

如果家裡有白酒,雞腿煎好送進烤箱前可以酌量加50cc進去鍋裡,待酒精蒸發後,送進烤箱,會讓雞腿更香!另外,如果鍋裡還有空間,可以加一些馬鈴薯以及小番茄進去一起烤,雞腿流出來的雞油讓這兩個佐菜更香:)

 

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken drumsticks with salt and white pepper, set aside for 15 minutes (in the fridge).
  2. Pan fry both sides of the drumsticks in a cast iron pan until golden brown, then coat the skins with thin layer of honey.
  3. Toss some garlic slices into the pan, put the pan into the oven and bake at 220°c for half an hour. The dish is ready to be serve.
